Today we made our way to Porto, Portugal. We actually ended up flying from Barcelona to Porto. One of the great things about flying within Europe is that it’s relatively cheap and an easy way to get around.

We left our hotel in Barcelona in the early afternoon and made it to Porto before dinner. For us it was a relatively light day of travel. After we made it to Porto we checked into our Airbnb and then bought some groceries and port wine for later. Porto is actually the main location for the making of port wine so naturally we decided to make it our “drink” for Portugal.

Our goal for tonight is to find a restaurant that serves Franceshina. It’s supposedly a traditional Portuguese dish and it was recommended by one of Spanish teachers. Now were off to find a restaurant that sells it.

Happy Travels,
