March 7th, 2016 – March 9th, 2016

The last three days have been non-stop travel to get to New Zealand…we did finally make it.

On March 7th we were up early to pack and hang out with Melissa’s parents before we left to start our ridiculous travel itinerary. Part of the reason the itinerary was so ridiculous was because the flight to Nepal was not part of our Around The World Ticket.

So the last three days have gone a little something like this:

  • March 7th – Fly from Kathmandu to Bangkok, spend the night in Bangkok.
  • March 8th – Fly from Bangkok to Haneda Airport in Japan, take a train & bus from Haneda to Narita Japan, spend four hours in a hotel in Narita.
  • March 9th – Fly from Narita to Shanghai, China. Fly from Shanghai to Auckland, New Zealand.

We ran into a slight issue when we made it to our Airbnb in New Zealand. We were supposed to be renting a whole home for ourselves, that didn’t end up being the case when we checked in. So we canceled our reservation and booked a hotel for two nights. Don’t worry though, it’s a nice hotel.

Now it’s time to eat then go to sleep!

If you’re curious we’ve been through immigration 8 times in 5 countries, over the past 3 days.

Happy Travels,

Brooke, Ryan & Melissa
